[Korea] Zico's new group, "Boy Next Door," debuted

 

BOYNEXTDOOR means "boys in the next house" and is KOZ's first boy group consisting of a total of six members: Seongho, Liu, Myung Jae-hyun, Taesan, Lee Han, and Unhak. Like the name that feels familiar, it talks about daily life through easy-to-listen and original music, unravels various emotions in it, and pursues empathy.

BOYNEXTDOOR believes that the essence of music lies in the exchange of emotions. When I turn on music, I listen without realizing it, nod to the lyrics like tomorrow, wake up the feelings I forgot, and look back on each other' Such "sympathy" is the goal that BOYNEXTDOOR wants to reach with music.

So, BOYNEXTDOOR, which is free and honest, focuses on the stories of young people at this time.

The first idol produced by Zico will debut. It is a new "BOYNEXTDOOR" launched by Hive and KOZ Entertainment. I'm finally taking off the veil. 

KOZ Entertainment planned a boy group at the same time as its establishment in 2019. It took as long as four and a half years to discover the members and come out to the world. The six members who will debut like that are Sung-ho, Liu, Myung Jae-hyun, Taesan, Lee Han, and Unhak, and will release all songs and music videos such as "I'm going to die," "One and Only," and "Serenade" at 6 p.m. today. All three songs on the album will be featured as title songs. 

Even from the debut single, the members participated in the song themselves. Members Myung Jae-hyun, Taesan, and Unhak participated in the composition and lyrics of "I'm going to die" and "Serenade." It is characterized by the use of everyday speech and language habits used by peers. The sound is also simple. The strategy is to capture both popularity and musicality by creating a stage where the ears are comfortable and the eyes are pleasant with uncomplicated music.
