Forest Kitchen Is A Vegan Fighter Toward PremiumAs an inning restaurant, we are working with local farmers to select seasonal vegetables and develop menus focusing on maximizing the original taste of ingredients. Each menu contains a story through a description card. The interior reproduces a space where you can feel comfortable with a design inspired by the forest and nature, and is designed to feel the warmth of nature as if you were in a wooded forest using green and wood materials.

It is practicing reducing carbon emissions by installing induction instead of gas vents, and the interior aims to use natural materials. Through vegan restaurant Forest Kitchen, it is spreading new values and good influence on culture and society to consumers.

* Located in Lotte World Mall, there is no parking support depending on the low amount of traffic demand suppression in Seoul.
