[Japan] Tokai Mie (Home of the ninja and Japan's most sacred shrine)
Mie, full of religious monuments, ninja-related attractions, specialties, and family-friendly entertainment that are different from big cities
Mie Prefecture is home to Isejingu Shrine, the most important shrine in Shinto, a Japanese indigenous religion. But Mie Prefecture is much more than just a religious holiday destination to show. There are many ninja exhibition halls and related goods shops in and around Iga Ueno, while sea turtles can be seen at Shichiri Mihama Beach, and annual fireworks are also attractive. Nagashima Spa Land Amusement Park and Toba Aquarium are recommended as good courses for families to enjoy. Mie Prefecture is home to Matsusaka beef, the most famous and excellent variety of wagyu.
